Our next member of staff we would like to introduce you to is our Production Manager Nathan Green. Nathan started working for McLar almost 10 years ago as a general operative and it soon became clear that he had great potential to progress within the Company. Straight away he showed an ability to solve problems unsupervised and excellent organisational skills. Nathan oversees all areas of production and is a very valuable and popular member of staff.
Personally Nathan enjoys traveling in his converted camper van with his wife Jess and their two young boys. They love the outdoor life where they can go hiking and boating on the lakes.
