Plastic Injection Tooling
We boast an internal only tool room for new tool creation, design and the repair of any tools needing it. Our toolroom is equipped with CNC Millers, lathes, EDM and grinding facilities. 80%+ of our plastic material is reprocessed and recycled.
Wooden Pallets
At McLar, we specialise in the production of high-quality wooden pallets that adhere to the ISPM 15 regulations, ensuring that your exports meet global standards.
Pressing, Stamping and Forming
We have two steel presses on site, a Rhodes RH100 for the larger stuff and a smaller Rijva 30T press. We have electronic and pneumatic feeders and can press parts up to 1000mm long. We offer a wide range of pressed parts.
Assembly and packing
We are thrilled to announce that McLar has recently invested in an advanced 8-bowl automated bagging machine equipped with weigh checker scales. This is a state-of-the-art addition process in house.
